An exciting opportunity has arisen for a corporate paralegal to join a leading UK law firm. The successful individual will be responsible for supporting the lawyers on a variety of deals, their deals vary in size but the average is £20-30 million (some have been over £100 million). This a permanent role which will has the potential to lead to a training contract. Candidates will be required to attend the office in the West End of London four days a week.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a large volume of due diligence work as well as the preparation of ancillary documents. Applicants will have gained previous experience of working as a paralegal within a corporate department and will have been exposed to the "dealside" transactions. Knowledge of due diligence processes and ancillary documents is highly advantageous.

You will have completed a law degree or equivalent as well as the LPC or SQE.
