eDiscovery Manager - Fixed Term ContractLondon

Ongoing expansion has created a new opportunity for an experienced eDiscovery Manager. With a remit to provide consultative and technical expertise in the delivery of eDiscovery services, you will assist in leading the project management team, creating innovative, market-leading eDiscovery solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the eDiscovery Manager

  • Support the delivery of billable eDiscovery Solutions services to our clients and provide project support to the legal team
  • Responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out to the best possible standard, agreed upon timeframes, at an acceptable cost and in line with the eDiscovery Solutions team’s workflows and processes
  • Proactively engage with case teams and clients on scoping the project and recommend appropriate workflows
  • Manage large eDiscovery projects, including document review teams, from the initial scoping through to trial
  • Take initiative on troubleshooting issues and errors and provide continued communication throughout the process of identifying a solution
  • Ensure that up to date records are being maintained with regards to the status of all projects being worked on
  • Provide training and support to clients and legal teams

Skills & Attributes of the eDiscovery Manager

  • Graduate - ideally within a technical field
  • Strong technical understanding of litigation support and eDiscovery technology
  • Experience with project or case management gained within the Legal, professional service or eDiscovery vendor sector
  • Hands on Relativity and Excel skills alongside experience of predictive coding, technology-assisted review and/or continuous active learning
