Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of financial documents, including loan agreements, securities filings, and corporate resolutions.
  • Conduct legal research on finance-related matters and provide summaries and reports.
  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
