I am currently working with a well established Boutique law firm who are looking for an ambitious and experienced Immigration Caseworker to join their lively Middlesex office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading law firmwho will provide you access to a complex, HNW, engaging, and varied caseload, including; Statutory Appeals, Judicial reviews, as well as applications to the Higher Courts!

Required:

  • You will be a Level 2 Accredited Immigration Caseworker
  • You will have had at least 3 years of experience working within an Immigration department.
  • You will have experience and knowledge of a variety of personal Immigration matters and will be able to confidently deal with all Asylum and Immigration applications.
  • You will be able to manage your own caseload and confidently bill.
  • You will have experience and knowledge of the Legal Aid Agency rules, including DAC and DDA.
