Litigation Paralegal

Well-regarded UK Law Firm with a strong international focus based in the City is seeking to hire a Litigation Paralegal on a permanent basis.  In this role, you will be encouraged to take on a high level of responsibility and become involved in a broad spectrum of work across all areas of the department!

  • Salary to £35,000 per annum
  • Working hours 09:30-17:30 (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake research into the establishment and structure of potential clients/claimants to identify the correct entity to participate in group action proceedings
  • Draft correspondence to clients requesting further information to assist with the identification of the correct entity to participate in proceedings
  • Prepare updates on client onboarding and incurred fees for internal and external purposes
  • Coordinate the gathering of evidence; assisting with disclosure and witness statements; and trial preparation
  • Review and collate trading data and other documentation to be provided to any third parties instructed in proceedings (e.g. barristers and experts)
  • Undertake project and file management procedures

Litigation Paralegal Skills & Requirements:

  • A good foundational disputes/litigation experience including some exposure to arbitration matters
  • Time management and communication skills are essential
  • Highly motivated individual to work both autonomously and as part of a team
