  • Working Hours:  Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  •  Annual Salary £36,000- £40,000
  • We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Litigation Department. This role is ideal for someone with a comprehensive background in civil litigation, including property litigation. The position is office-based in NW London, offering a structured work environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process from the initiation of a case to the discovery period through trial and post-trial findings and appeals.
  • Research and analyze statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, codes and the like.
  • Assist lawyers by interviewing clients and witnesses, preparing legal documents, and maintaining communication with clients.
  • Manage multiple cases and legal activities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Review and draft routine legal documents.
  • Create and maintain case files.
  • Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a paralegal in civil litigation, with property litigation experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong research and report-generating skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research software.
