We are working with an international law firm known for its excellence in international arbitration, cross-border acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets transactions. Their London office, home to over 130 lawyers, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Practice Coordinator to support their Investment Management Group (IMG), a leading global practice advising on private equity, real estate, and venture capital funds.

As a Practice Coordinator, you will be crucial in ensuring the team’s smooth operation, managing matter administration, coordinating billing processes, and developing strong relationships with key clients. This includes opening new matters, reviewing time entries, ensuring billing compliance, and producing client bills. You will also be responsible for helping with financial analysis and attending relevant practice group meetings to monitor ongoing cases and clients.

Candidates should have prior experience working in a law firm, be proficient in MS Excel and Word, and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Familiarity with Aderant and an ILEX qualification, law degree, or previous paralegal experience would be advantageous.
