The FirmOur client, a Commercial law firm based in the West End are seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join their busy team.
The OpportunityThe successful Residential Property Paralegal will provide support to the Partners and have experience within Residential Property. Duties to include:
- Typing dictation files
- Drafting Transfers, AP1s, DS1s as and when required
- Land Registry applications and documentation
- Obtaining company documents through Companies House
- Completing and submitting SDLTs online
- Putting together report documentation for purchases
- Procuring indemnity policy quotes
- Diary management
- Dealing with file opening and due diligence requirements
- File closures
This Residential Property Paralegal opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm
Required experience
- Experience working as a Paralegal within a busy Residential Property team (essential)
- New Build experience (essential)
- Managing own caseload with minimal supervision (essential)
