We are working on an exceptional opportunity for a senior funds lawyer. Our client is one of the worlds most successful Private Equity funds with over 200 bn Aum. They are looking to make a legal hire in London (the role will be reporting into the Legal Director in London).
The ideal candidate will have, in excess of 8 years experience with significant private closed ended funds. While the remit is across probate funds, some exposure to Real Estate funds is helpful as you would look after that strategy.
The role involves working with senior business and Investment team members leading the strategies. External council does all the documentation, this is a strategic role working with business sitting on top of external providers.
