We are working on an exceptional opportunity for a senior funds lawyer. Our client is one of the worlds most successful Private Equity funds with over 200 bn Aum. They are looking to make a legal hire in London (the role will be reporting into the Legal Director in Stockholm).
The ideal candidate will have, between 6-8 years experience of both private closed ended and ideally some open-ended funds experience. Some exposure to distribution and private wealth might be helpful but not essential.
The role involves working with senior business and Investment team members leading the strategies. External councel does all the documentation this is a strategic role working with business sitting on top of external providers.
