Greenwich Council are looking for a Careers Practitioner to join their team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high impact information, advice and guidance to children and young people (and where appropriate their families) according to their local needs
  • Work collaboratively and build positive relationships with children, young people and their families demonstrating professional curiosity and anti-oppressive practice
  • Promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults in accordance with safeguarding, legal, regulatory and Early Help practice standards

Requirements:

  • Level 6 in Careers Guidance and Development
  • Substantial experience of working directly with children, young people and/or families providing advice, guidance and support
  • Good understanding of current and forthcoming develops in education and training that will impact on children, young people and families
