- Provide 5-star customer service to residents and guests
- Serve as the first point of contact for all queries within the leisure club.
- Reporting directly to the site manager
- Ensure the safety of all pool users while maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures
- Assist with front-of-house duties such as meeting and greeting guests, answering phone calls, and handling administrative tasks.
- Monitoring Pool CCTV or actively lifeguarding on poolside where needed.
- NPLQ Lifeguard qualification OR Emergency Pool Responder qualification
- Previous experience in a health club, gym, or customer service role.
- Strong customer service skills
