Category Operations Manager - GNFR
Role Overview:Manage and optimize GNFR (Goods Not for Resale) operations to drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute GNFR strategies to enhance sales and customer engagement.
- Work in conjunction with commercial, operations, and logistics teams to achieve the overall GNFR strategy and promotional non-stocks.
- Ensure efficient planning, execution, and optimization of non-stock activities while managing associated inventory and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and brand teams to leverage GNFR opportunities.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure compliance.
- Oversee GNFR inventory, replenishment, and promotional execution.
- Track and analyze GNFR performance, providing data-driven improvements.
- Ensure seamless supply chain operations and stakeholder coordination.
- Support stores with implementation packs, stock management, and best practices.
- Report key insights and performance updates to senior leadership.
- Experience: 3+ years in category management, supply chain, or operations within retail, FMCG, or e-commerce .
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, stakeholder management, and ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
