Our international client based in North West London is thrilled to be adding to its superstar team of established and energetic Client Account Manager!

If you have previous experience as a Customer or Account Coordinators within Removals/Storage or Logistics & Supply Chain and you understand the nature of providing a luxury customer experience to high end individuals then this could be the role for you!

Job Title: Client Account Manager

Role Type: Permanent

Salary: 32k to 38k

Location: North West London

Hours: Monday - Friday (Hybrid working)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating domestic and International moves on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and private clients.
  • Providing a first-class/luxury service to all customers through accurate recording of information and prompt communication.
  • Effectively managing customer complaints, always ensuring a professional approach.
  • Consistently reviewing your approach, working to obtain exceptional customer reviews.
  • Liaising with the warehouse team, shippers and agents to coordinate shipping routes.
  • Prioritising and effectively planning your time, ensuring that all tasks are monitored until moving completion.
  • Updating clients on their shipping details and assisting with any further enquiries.
  • Ensuring completed contracts, payments and account checks are received and recorded.
  • Accurately preparing all necessary export and import documentation.
  • Booking and managing storage, organising inspections and extractions.
  • Liaising with external third-party services for additional support when required.
  • Working closely with key internal stakeholders including operations, sales and customs.

Desirable
