Are you a Despatch / Warehouse Manager or similar looking for a varied Monday-Friday role where you will have the autonomy to oversee operations and despatch processes playing an essential role in the continued success of a market leading Manufacturer who offer a range of ongoing progression opportunities?
This market leading Manufacturing company have rapidly grown since their establishment in the 1980s to the point they now have over 350 employees and a turnover of 100m+. Due to continued success they are looking to expand their friendly Warehouse team.
On offer is a technical role where you will be responsible for all warehouse and transport operations on site as you liaise closely with the Production Director. Your responsibilities will include organising rotas for drivers and warehouse staff, ensuring all deliveries go out correctly and on time in addition to ensure department SLAs are met.
This role would suit a Despatch or Warehouse Manager looking for an autonomous role within a dynamic work environment where you will oversee all on site activities and make a direct impact on the ongoing success of the business
The Role:
* Organising Goods in and Good outs
* Ensure driver routes and deliveries go out correctly and on time
* Produce driver and warehouse staff rotas
* Training new staff
* Overseeing Health and Safety processes
* Working closely with Production Leadership
The Person:
* Despatch / Warehouse leadership background
* Looking for a Monday-Friday role
* Commutable to Tottenham
