A bit about my client and the role:

My client is a Scientific organisation and are looking for a Fleet Administrator to provide high quality and professional support to the internal Courier Control and Fleet department so that they can successfully arrange transportation of samples and urgent blood products ensuing a timely and efficient delivery.

You will also be handling large volumes of administrative tasks such as data-entry, reporting, filing and maintaining records. Handling inbound and outbound queries within the department and assist with adhoc Fleet projects.

This is a temporary role, with an immediate start for at least 1 month.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in, and be able to:

Be highly experienced in using Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.

  • Proven experience of fleet administration
  • Be able to handle both simple and complex enquiries on email and on the phone with professionalism and efficiency at all times.
  • Be experienced with Fleet management systems, Courier software, fleet tracking systems would be beneficial.
  • Have basic Fleet maintenance knowledge (motorbikes / vans) would be beneficial.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of London / Southeast.
  • Can prioritise and manage workload effectively
  • Excellent command of the English language to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Full, clean driver’s license would be preferable.
