We are working with a leading Housing Association to recruit a Fleet Manager to join their team, to manage the commercial fleet and the fleet team to ensure the following is delivered: -

• Compliant (legally and in line with company procedures, fitness for purpose of vehicles),
• Sustainable (for the environment, the company and our customers),
• Optimised (high utilisation with minimal standing vehicles, ensure excellent supplier performance)
• Cost effective (commercially competitive running costs in every area of fleet including; lease cost, fuel, insurance, insurance costs, fines, etc.)
• Safety (road risk management, active promotion/, monitoring of safe and economical driving)
• Ensure the fleet team is delivering excellent levels of internal customer services
• Lead and inspire the fleet team to support the above objectives
