Job Title: Fleet Operations Administrator

Location: Southwark (hybrid working)

Pay: £12 - £13.50 per hour

Duration: Temporary ongoing

Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently review and develop processes to support stability through growth.
  • Conduct inspections of vehicles and equipment, ensuring safety for all users.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify impacts and resource requirements.
  • Maintain full understanding of compliance standards and best practises within the logistics industry.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes while prioritising company goals.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across functions with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Identify and collaborate with stakeholders for cross-functional optimisation.
  • Promote a 'best in business' and 'Partner of Choice' environment.
  • Troubleshoot issues objectively and pursue practical solutions.
  • Proactively manage and support couriers through behaviour management and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all business and legal requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Create, analyse, and disseminate clear and concise reports with context.
  • Create and maintain internal monitoring systems.
  • Work autonomously when necessary, adapting positively to change.
  • Reprioritize tasks in line with changing business needs.
  • Review and monitor working methods to ensure streamlined processes and maximum efficiency.

Experience/ Skills:

  • Show a desire to learn and develop professionally.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of compliance in logistics, electric vehicles, and same-day parcel delivery.
  • Demonstrate success in a customer-focused environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
