Description
- Creating and developing the overall procurement strategy
- Leading a team of 7 (3 direct line reports)
- Sourcing ingredients from global suppliers.
- Leading negotiations for major tenders.
- Working cross functionally with NPD, Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics
Profile
- 8 + years of procurement, sourcing experience
- Well versed in sourcing food, ingredients or commodities
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing people
- Great communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
