As Inventory Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory levels across the business and driving process improvements to support growth. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you'll collaborate closely with manufacturing, warehousing, finance, and commercial teams.

Description

  • Managing and reconciling stock levels.
  • Leading regular stock audits, cycle counts, and investigations of discrepancies.
  • Working cross-functionally to forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Supporting NPD and promotional launches from an inventory planning perspective.
  • Enhancing inventory reporting and recommending process improvements.
  • Liaising with external partners (e.g. co-packers, 3PLs) to ensure seamless inventory flow.

Profile

  • Prior experience in inventory management or stock control, ideally in FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods.
  • Strong Excel and/or ERP system skills (e.g. Unleashed, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset and a continuous improvement approach.
  • Comfort working in a scale-up or dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.

Job Offer
