As Purchasing & Logistics Manager, you will report directly to the senior leadership team and play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective procurement and delivery of products across the UK. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role encompassing supplier management, stock control, logistics coordination, and compliance.

Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, freight forwarders, and 3PL warehousing
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including international shipments and UK distribution
- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory across SKUs, ensuring availability while minimising wastage
- Ensure full compliance with HMRC and import/export regulations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support business goals
Profile
- Proven experience in logistics & supply chain, ideally within the wine & spirits or premium FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of UK import/export regulations, bonded warehousing, and customs documentation
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (ideally Sage)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- WSET qualifications or an interest in fine wine is a plus
