This role is responsible for managing global inventory and supporting all Open to Buy (OTB) activities within the planning organization. The individual will promote innovation and collaboration, while ensuring the achievement of inventory and margin targets.

  • Oversee Global OTB and inventory management, by region and globally.
  • Set Product Margin targets aligned with Finance.
  • Ensure adherence to Inventory Targets and Planning KPIs.
  • Manage global inventory rebalancing and markdown strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage global updates across all sales channels (stores, digital, outlet, wholesale)
  • Ensure optimal inventory
  • Collaborate with Finance to align global and regional revenue expectations.
  • Define and plan regional revenue and procurement targets in partnership with merchandising and replenishment teams.
  • Provide margin guidance based on Group Finance expectations.
  • Identify sales margin risks and escalate to SLT.
  • Oversee global safety stock and central inventory orders with Retail Merchandising and Replenishment
  • Manage global markdown and delist strategy, ensuring alignment with regional targets
  • Achievement of global sales, inventory, and margin targets.
  • Forecasting accuracy and optimal inventory levels
  • Extensive experience in global inventory planning at a managerial level
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing at the C-suite level
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive strategic goals
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
