ARM are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator on a permanent basis. . This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right individual to work in a busy warehouse located in Barking.

The Role:

You will be required to book shipments with our couriers and shippers according to our UK, International and EU.
Source cost effective shipping options and solutions
Monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and resolve issues that occur
Liaise with our sales, finance and product development teams to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered effectively
Track and monitor stock levels and order components from our suppliers
Receive goods, quality control items and check shipping documentation

Requirements:

Excellent computer skills and excellent administration skills
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
High level of numeracy and literacy in English
Used to using multiple computer systems with high degree of accuracy
Experience in shipping administration and understanding of shipping terms
