Logistics Manager - City of London
Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across London and deals with very exclusive clients.
They are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to work on a Commercial Office Fitout project in Canary Wharf. This project is expected to run until November 2025 with a requirement for someone that is happy to work overtime and weekends as needed.
The ideal Logistics Manager will have:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a logistics Manager on office fit out projects
- Experience working in live environments
- The ability to develop and implement a logistics strategy that aligns with project objectives and timelines.
- Expertise in coordinating material and equipment deliveries, ensuring timely availability and efficient storage on-site.
- Strong skills in managing site traffic and vehicle access to maintain safety and prevent congestion.
- A thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a commitment to promoting sustainable logistics practices.
- Excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed, provide regular updates, and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
- Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
- Excellent written English and paperwork skills
Job details:

- Location: City of London, Canary Wharf
- Standard Hours: Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm
- Salary: 23 ph CIS
- OT + weekends (paid at 1.5x)
