Description
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimise transportation costs and improve delivery performance.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and best practices.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of drivers and supervisors
Profile
- A strong background in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing a fleet of HGVs and vans
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service KPIs (OTIF, customer satisfaction, route efficiency etc.)
- Knowledge of transport regulations, H&S standards, and sustainability practices.
