Role - Logistics Project Manager (Transport Network Planning) Salary - Up to £70,000 + Pool Car Location - NW London (Office Based) Are you a logistics project manager with a passion for optimising transport networks? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading and fast-growing distribution business undergoing significant expansion through acquisitions and new site openings. You’ll play a key role in designing and improving the logistics network, ensuring efficiency and scalability as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a full transport network review, identifying areas for optimisation.
  • Design and implement logistics network improvements to support business growth.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new customers into the network, ensuring smooth integration.
  • Support the transition to a hybrid transport model, balancing 3PL and own-fleet operations.
  • Work closely with depot teams, supply chain, and senior stakeholders to drive efficiencies.
Key Experience Required:
  • Strong background in transport network design and optimisation.
  • Experience in wholesale, FMCG, or retail logistics preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across a complex business structure.
  • Experience with 3PL management and transitioning between in-house and outsourced models.
  • Proven ability to lead logistics projects with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
