We’re looking for an experienced M&E Supervisor to join our team for an upcoming retail fit-out project in Wimbledon, South West London.

We are looking for someone with solid mechanical and electrical knowledge to oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, and keep the project moving on schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee M&E services on-site, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Work closely with subcontractors, site teams, and the build team to keep the project on track.
  • Manage site deliveries and materials.
  • Carry out and submit daily site audit reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site-based M&E issues.
  • Ensure all work meets health & safety regulations and project standards.
  • Be a key point of contact in a live retail environment.
  • Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience as an M&E Supervisor in retail and/or other fast track fit-out.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to adapt to challenges on-site.

The project is set for circa 3 months, with a start in early March; with ongoing projects across London and the South East thereafter.
