Sea Global are proud to be partnering with a well-recognised and global powerhouse at the forefront of their industry who are currently going through an exciting period of growth. Due to this they are recruiting a Procurement Manager focusing on the IT categories to join their exciting fast paced function on a 12-month FTC.
They are looking for procurement professionals who have experience across IT categories such as Hardware, Software, Digital, Telecoms, or IT Services. They are open to people from a range of industries and backgrounds but it will be beneficial if you have experience with Public or Utilities Contract regulations. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can come in a hit the ground running but you will be working in a strong team who are a tight knit bunch and can help upskill you where needed.

Role & Responsibilities
- Report into and work closely with the Senior Procurement Manager and wider procurement team
- End to end category management, including leading tenders, sourcing and supplier management
- Develop and implement strategic category strategies across the designated categories
- Create contractual agreements with supplies ensuring they are fit for purpose and deliver commerciality to the business
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, advising on best practice for obtaining best value for money
Experience & Requirements
- Experience within the indirect and IT categories would be highly valuable for this role
- Ideally you will need to have experience working within a regulated environment and will have exposure to Utilities Contract Regulations (UCR) or Public Contract Regulations (PCR) but this is not essential
- Experience within end-to-end procurement or category management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent supplier management skills
