Description
- Leading the procurement of all ingredients and fresh food products.
- Working closely with supply chain and NPD on new menu launches.
- Creating long term relationships with suppliers.
- Working with the restaurants to ensure on time, in full delivery of products.
Profile
- 6 years + food procurement experience from within the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- A passion for the food industry!
