Venn Group are working with a Local Authority in London to recruit a Programme Manager to support a programme of works covering Procurement and Income Maximisation.  

The council are looking for a Programme Manager with experience delivering complex transformation and savings programmes in a corporate PMO environment.

Candidates with experience working on Procurement, Income Maximisation or 3rd Party Spend programmes will be considered.

Onsite Requirement: 3 days per week – in London  

IR35 Status: Inside

Rate: £600 per day (umbrella)

Required skills and responsibilities:

  • Experience working with and understanding of procurement models and income maximisation approaches
  • Experience driving programmes forward, and working with operational staff and senior leaders
  • Building relationships across and beyond the council, working with other public and private bodies
  • Developing and delivering clear presentations and documents
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and steer change
