Senior BIM Coordinator
Location: Central London
Salary: £46,000-£55,000 per annum

Introduction:
A leading architectural firm based in Central London is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to join their busy team. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of commercial, residential and educational projects, utilizing expertise in BIM, Revit, and Architecture to ensure seamless project delivery.

Duties:

  • Lead the BIM coordination process, ensuring that all projects adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate BIM workflows effectively into project delivery.
  • Conduct clash detection and perform model audits, resolving design and technical issues efficiently.
  • Oversee the production of detailed drawings and documentation, leveraging Revit software.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior BIM coordinators and technicians, promoting a culture of excellence in Architecture and BIM.
Requirements:

  • Strong experience in BIM coordination, with a background in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, including PAS 1192 and ISO 19650.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, particularly within the Architecture sector.
  • A collaborative approach, eager to contribute to high-profile projects.
