- Lead the BIM coordination process, ensuring that all projects adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate BIM workflows effectively into project delivery.
- Conduct clash detection and perform model audits, resolving design and technical issues efficiently.
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and documentation, leveraging Revit software.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior BIM coordinators and technicians, promoting a culture of excellence in Architecture and BIM.
- Strong experience in BIM coordination, with a background in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, including PAS 1192 and ISO 19650.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, particularly within the Architecture sector.
