Senior Commercial Manager to work on a 250m Construction Management project including residential units, bars, restaurants and sports facilities.
About the role of Senior Commercial Manager
This is an opportunity to join one of the UKs leading Main contractors who have gone from strength to strength over the past 4 years and have an annual turnover of 1billion. This role is part of a new division and you will be joining at an excellent time as have immense opportunity to have influence and grow your role as the division does. You will initially be the overall commercial no 1 for a 250m mixed use project, responsible for client side negotiations, client meetings, cost forecasting, along with recruitment and supporting the teams personal career goals.
Requirements for Senior Commercial Manager:
This role is suitable for someone who has had experience in a similar role, overseeing multiple construction or civils projects or worked on major projects as the no 1. You will be competent in managing the full upstream, internal and external client side process. You will be a confident and calm negotiator who can lead from the front.
- You Must have a minimum of 10 years experience with another main contractor
- NEC experience preferred
- Construction Management contract experience preferred
- Degree in a construction related subject
- Team management
