General Manager - High Energy Gym, SW London
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000+ bonus

Experience in the fitness/leisure industry is mandatory
Our client is an EXCITING gym company looking to expand. They are offering state-of-the-art facilities for outstanding thought-out their London site and they are one of the leaders, setting the standard. They are looking to appoint a General Manager in the SW London patch. This role would have responsibility for the standards, service delivery, retail concepts and health safety.

I am looking for Managers and personal trainers who you will recruit, mentor and manage. You will also be instrumental in the Sales and Marketing, ideally have the ability to devise and deliver local sales and marketing campaigns to complement the company sales strategy and continue outreach activity.
To be considered for the General Manager post you will have at least 4-years management experience within the leisure and fitness industry at General Manager level; Experience of driving sales activity through the planning and implementation of lead generation campaigns would be hugely beneficial, particularly within the local area. Ideally you will be minimum REPS level 2 qualified, and you will certainly be passionate about customer service and health and fitness. You will be the type of manager who enjoys leading from the front and engaging with members, not a back office manager so an outgoing disposition is essential.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000+ bonus
