Our client is one of the fastest-growing beauty brands and is quickly becoming one of the most recognised brands in the industry. They are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis to provide maternity cover.
You will manage the Inbound and Outbound operations for EMEA. Ensuring consistency, visibility and a high level of accuracy for inbound orders, paperwork and clearance movements and OTIF KPI’s are maintained for all outbound shipments. Working closely with the EMEA outbound managers, Sales team and Finance to ensure goals and targets are achieved.
This role is office based 5 days a week.
Duties
- Accountable for all Inbound movements into EMEA, ensuring goods are delivered and receipted into the warehouses correctly and in the most efficient mode
- Maintain the rolling stock analysis reports, including monthly statistics on sales, inbound receiving and months’ of holding inventory and report back on the status and KPI’s on a regular basis to the UK and US, working towards the prevention of Out Of Stock and meeting the fulfillment and delivery needs of our customers
- Manage the Outbound team to ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered to the retailers on-time and tracking is recorded in the system.
- Management of Sales Order allocation and fulfilment in NetSuite ensuring accuracy in orders sent and dispatched from the warehouse.
- Managing, preparing and routing customer shipping requirements to the Warehouses
- Represent Ops in the S&OP meetings, assisting in Back In Stock updates and opportunities to increase sales and decrease lead times.
- Accountable to ensure all inbound and forecasts documents are updated regularly and communicated to the relevant teams on-time. These include, month-end reporting, inbound visibility tracker, OOS report and monthly forecast and warehouse split report
- Manage and maintain the SKU assemblies in the system, including the creation and management of a Work Order, build reports and month-end inventory reconciliation for builds.
- Manage stock reconciliation for all inventory sites weekly, ensuring the system is accurate to the inventory sites systems and discrepancies are captured and corrected
- Dealing with chargeback’s and customer claim investigations
- Managing in-house and warehouse stock takes periodically and annually
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations
- Proven forecasting and demand planning experience in an FMCG industry
- Advanced excel skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent analysis abilities

- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Resilient and self-motivated
- Previous experience in the Beauty industry preferred however the retail sector is a must.
- Multi languages preferred however, also not a must
