Job Title: Senior Site Manager
Location: Lewisham, South London
Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 + Competitive Package (includes car allowance, private medical cover, discretionary bonus, travel expenses, and 22 days' holiday + bank holidays)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential new build projects, typically 10-20 units
- Report to the Contracts Manager and Operations Lead
- Manage residential projects for Local Authorities, Private Developers, and Housing Associations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site
- Supervise subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and manage site documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior staff members
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression
