You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the fulfilment centre and the overall order fulfilment process. Responsibilities:* Oversee the daily operations of the fulfilment centre, ensuring efficient order processing and fulfilment.* Manage staffing levels to meet shipping demands, adjusting for peak periods and implementing process improvements for timely dispatch.* Lead and support the warehouse team to maintain high performance and productivity.* Manage team performance and work ethic during promotional times and seasonal peaks.* Enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance and conducting regular audits.* Coordinate stock movements and maintain accurate inventory levels, performing regular stock checks.* Ensure timely supply of packaging materials to avoid fulfilment disruptions.* Manage courier contracts and service levels, ensuring reliable delivery while optimising costs.* Assist the customer service team with order-related issues and process improvements when necessary.* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.* Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched to the highest quality standards.* Collaborate with e-commerce and marketing teams to support growth and channel development.Requirements:* Proven track record in a similar Warehouse Manager role leading a team, ideally in a FMCG or e-commerce company.* Knowledge of health and safety protocols and best practice.* Strong organisational and time management skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in using inventory management and order processing systems.* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Understanding of e-commerce best practices.* Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)* Understanding of logistics, shipping and courier services
