Typical shifts; Night shifts – Monday to Friday, 12am – 9am (some flexibility)

Due to growth & contract wins, we are looking for an experienced Night Supervisor with a proven background in Italian food distribution.
The successful Night Supervisor duties will include;
- Lead the production, ensuring all work flow is manageable and meet targets
- Work to the departments SOPs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the warehouse
- Ensure staff is consistent & up to the companies high standards
- Implement and manage KPI’s and reports
- Role is hands on not just delegation.
- Work to the companies high standards at all times
- Work to health & safety policies
This could be a brilliant chance for an experienced Night Warehouse Team leader to step up or for an experienced team leader / supervisor to work for an exciting business with amazing leadership and big plans.

Required experience & characteristics;
- At least 1years experience leading, managing, motivating a warehouse team.
- Proven people management skills
- Enthusiastic, positive and motivational
- Experience of managing demand, workflow & supply
- Reliable & conscientious
- Italian speaking (preferable)
