Description
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock levels, and inventory movements.
- Oversee import/export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to optimise stock flow and distribution.
- Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and drive cost efficiencies.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on shipment statuses and resolve any issues that arise.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international shipping processes, including import/export regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel).
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem solver with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- A passion for music and how it is played is a major advantage.
