The role involves administering a range of claims, both regionally and internationally, requiring strong investigation skills and effective communication.
Candidates should possess in-depth experience in Engineering & Construction liability claims and/or Contractors All Risks, along with ACII and/or ACILA qualifications or a strong ambition to obtain them.

This dynamic role goes beyond the UK border extending to overseas investigations.Role Summary:As our ideal Construction Loss Adjuster you will effectively administer a range of Construction and Engineering claims. Whether regionally-based or abroad, your incisive investigation skills will be key to:

Acknowledging and handling new claims promptly and accurately.
Actively promoting existing and new business ventures while capitalising on market opportunities.
Coordinating complex complaints and compliments with grace and tact
Excelling in achieving your targets, while ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
Utilising the latest technology adeptly and efficiently.

About You:To excel in this role, you will exhibit:

Compelling written and verbal communication skills.
Superior organisational skills and exceptional customer service competence.
ACII and /or ACILA qualification, or a strong ambition to gain such qualifications.
In-depth experience within Engineering & Construction liability claims and /or Contractors All Risks.
