Play a key role in delivering high-quality serviceWhat you'll do:As a Technical Claims Lead at Aspen, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's commitment to providing excellent service. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and process claims estimates and paid claims values with accuracy and timeliness. You will utilise your analytical skills to drive continuous improvement in the use of TPA's and third-party experts. Your ability to build effective tools, processes, and governance will help minimise regulatory, legal, and operational risks. You will also ensure that operational reporting is accurate and delivered within required timelines.

• Evaluate and process claims estimates and paid claims values accurately and timely
• Use analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement in the use of TPA's and third-party experts
• Build effective tools, processes and governance to minimise regulatory, legal and operational risk
• Ensure operational reporting is accurate and delivered within required timelines
• Support the regulatory response and adherence to standards
• Investigate and resolve technical and operational issues within designated claims portfolio

What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Technical Claims Lead position brings extensive knowledge of technical claims handling in a highly regulated environment. You have experience managing FI and D&O technical claims supporting multiple lines of business across various geographies. Your strong understanding of london market systems, delegated and third-party claims management from a technical, commercial, and operational perspective sets you apart. Your ability to navigate complex technical data applications is complemented by your strong negotiation, influencing, collaboration skills. Above all else, your attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering service excellence via detailed processes makes you the perfect fit for this role.

• Extensive knowledge of FI and D&O technical claims handling PI experience would also be a nice to have
• London Market Experience
• Experience of technical claims management supporting multiple lines of business across geographies
• Strong understanding of delegated and third-party claims management from a technical, commercial, and operational perspective
• Ability to navigate complex technical data applications
• Strong negotiation, influencing, collaboration skills
• Attention to detail with a track record of delivering service excellence via detailed processes
