I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for mechanical maintenance engineer to work on a commercial static site in Central London

  • Salary Range: 48,000 + optional overtime
  • Location: Static site in Central London in EC4
  • 4 on 4 days & nights

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems, including all on-site HVAC equipment, mechanical plant equipment, and general plumbing maintenance.
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Mechanical Fault-Finding
  • AHUs
  • FCUs
  • Pumps - (seals, bearings, valves)
  • Motors - (re-winds, overhauls)
  • Cooling Towers
  • Plumbing
  • Chillers
  • Boilers

Qualifications:

  • NVQ / C&G Level 3 in mechanical engineering, plumbing & heating and/or Level 3 mechanical/pluming apprenticeship
  • Building service experience
