Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: High-End Commercial Site (Static) in Central London
Salary: 44,000 - 47,000 + overtime

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

About the Role:
Join a renowned FM company as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. This static position involves ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, meeting the high standards expected by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, and plumbing, chillers, AHU's.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical faults quickly and effectively.
Monitor and maintain critical systems to ensure continuous operation and optimal performance.
Work closely with site management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Complete and update service reports and maintenance logs accurately.
Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the site.
Liaise with contractors and vendors as needed to facilitate repairs and improvements.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in any mechanical discipline.
Proven experience in building services maintenance, particularly in high-end or commercial environments.
