Responsibilities
- Team restructures and improvement of repairs
- Management of damp & mould and disrepair
- Recommendations for improvements to the repairs service going forward
What you will need
- Experience in Senior Repairs and Maintenance Consultant, experienced Change Manager, experienced in dealing with legal disrepair.
