Are you looking to transition to a management position?
CBW has a new opportunity for a Senior Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a maintenance team in London. This will be working client side and looking after a portfolio of properties in the London area. The client is looking for an engineer with an electrical bias. The successful candidate's week will be mostly hands on maintenance however will involve stepping away from the hands on duties to have involvement with management about the maintenance team / requirements. The successful candidate will be client facing and will have the opportunity to progress to a management position in the coming year or so.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on electrical panels, lighting systems, generators, and other electrical infrastructure.
- Conduct risk assessments for electrical work, identifying potential hazards and implementing appropriate control measures.
- Liaise with the managers of the sites
- Work closely with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and facility managers to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Able to undertake other maintenance duties when required : Plumbing, Painting & Decorating
Hours of work:
- Monday - Friday
- 08.00 - 16:30 (37.5 hour week)
Package & Benefits:
- Salary up to 50,000

Requirements:
- Electrically qualified
- City & Guilds - Level 3
- 18th Edition
- A proven track record in Building Maintenance working
- Good Communication Skills.
- Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
- Good Leadership & Management skills
