About the Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a high-performance production facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operational Excellence: Delivering both electrical and mechanical support to optimise machinery performance and minimise downtime.
- Swift Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns efficiently to maintain seamless production.
- Continuous Improvement: Participating in initiatives to boost productivity and drive cost efficiencies.
- Planned Maintenance: Carrying out preventative measures and addressing reactive maintenance needs.

What We're Looking For:
- Our client is seeking individuals with the following skills and attributes:
- Proven Experience: A track record of success in manufacturing or production, ideally within the food or FMCG sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation.
- Qualifications: A recognised degree, NVQ, or time-served apprenticeship in engineering.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues under pressure.
