Administration & Finance Assistant

Full time: Mon - Fri - 36/hrs a week

Hatched Recruitment is working closely with the local authorities and we are looking for a Administration & Finance Assistant in the Camden area. 3 - 6 months contract with chance of extension.

Job Purpose:

To provide robust administration and finance support for the Personal Financial Services Team. Create business letters & emails, data entry for maintenance of office data base, organise incoming post for the team and telephone calls to Department of Working Pensions, utility companies, social workers.

The candidate will be asked to complete small projects for end of year financial year deadlines.

1, Experience of working in financial role

2: Strong communication & literacy skills in writing, telephone & face to face

3 Computer literate in microsoft packages especially word, excel and outlook, ability to use multi main frame systems

4 Good organisational skills with attention to detail

5 Numerate understanding the accuracy of accountability & spreadsheet experience
