- Office Maintenance – Manage office supplies, oversee cleanliness, and ensure equipment is functional.
- Culture & Engagement – Create and maintain an office rota, coordinate team engagement initiatives, and organise events.
- HR & Admin Support – Maintain internal systems, assist with recruitment tasks, and support onboarding processes.
- General Administrative Duties – Ensure time sheets are submitted, attend meetings punctually, and complete ad hoc tasks as required.
- Recent experience as an Administrator / Office Coordinator
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good written and spoken communication
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable using various software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- £27,000 per annum pro-rated (base salary of £26,000 pro-rated to £15,600 + performance-based bonus of £1,000 pro-rated to £600).
- 16 days holiday + all bank holidays.
- Office-based role in London (9am – 6pm, 3 days a week).
