Office Based

Our client an electronic company based in West London are looking for an organised and switched on Administrator to join their team.

The client is looking for someone who can assist with the administration aspects of high volume, high profile technology hire. Training is provided on the role.

Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that client collections and deliveries are successful
  • Confirm details with clients and take payments
  • Plan deliveries and liaise with couriers
  • Manage relationships with our landlord and maintenance companies, including our security, cleaning, telephone line and insurance suppliers
  • Support our Health and Safety agenda
  • Help to plan office events and socials
  • Complete transport paperwork
  • Raising and sending invoices
  • Making Payments
  • Ensure that client collections and deliveries are successful
  • Confirm details with clients and take payments
  • Plan deliveries and liaise with couriers

Administrator Specification:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Good time management and planning skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
