Business Administration Assistant

Your experience working as a Legal Admin Assistant is highly sought after by our client, who are a leading Legal 500 firm. They are looking to recruit a Business Administration Assistant to join their vibrant London Bridge office. As a key support role in their successful multi-office practice, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining their high standards of client care.

The Role:

In this dynamic position, you'll be the backbone of their administrative and file management operations, supporting Solicitors, Team Assistants, and the Document Production Unit. Your responsibilities include file opening, copying, filing, archive management, scanning, and general administrative duties. Your role also involves meeting room management, reception duties, and ensuring a professional presentation of the London Bridge office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle scanning, copying, and file management tasks.
  • Manage meeting rooms and handle refreshment orders.
  • Undertake reception duties, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Process file management requests and perform administrative tasks.
  • Maintain tidy work areas and ensure smooth file closing procedures.
  • Conduct anti-money laundering checks on new clients.
